Talent and Leadership Development Senior Manager
Where will you work: Onsite at our North American Business Headquarters in Fish Hawk (located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive Lithia, FL). Our US headquarters has an onsite gym and a welcoming campus style workspace.
We’re looking for a leadership and talent development senior manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving programs that guarantee solid leadership pipelines and succession of executive leaders. This role serves as a strategic partner to senior HR and business leaders, ensuring alignment between Leadership and talent initiatives with organizational goals. The leader is responsible for qualifying and managing effectiveness of external vendors which will partner with Mosaic on talent development individual or collective programs (mentoring, coaching, assessment, others). Success in this role requires strong systematic, data-driven approach, program management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to align different talent programs among HR areas, to achieve common goals. This leader plays a critical role to enhance leadership capability, to drive enterprise-wide talent strategies that support long-term business growth, organizational effectiveness and cultural assimilation.
What you’ll do?
Lead the creation and execution of high-impact programs for Leadership development
Develop tools and guidelines to equip HR Leaders to conduct solid succession plans, based on internal or external alternatives, when necessary.
Ensure alignment with enterprise leadership frameworks and business strategy.
Keeps updated about talent market trends, best practices, tools and incorporate on area portfolio.
Manage the identification, tracking, and development of executive roles critical to business transformation and strategic outcomes.
Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to ensure these roles are filled with top-tier talent and supported with tailored development plans.
This role is responsible for designing and managing executive development programs/ efforts that accelerate pipeline development on organizational capabilities.
This manager will build and oversee programs that strengthen executive individual development and effectiveness in alignment to strategic business priorities.
Partner with strategic workforce planning area, ensuring alignment between future capability needs and business strategy by identifying critical roles, assessing talent gaps, and equipping HR and business leaders to develop targeted plans.
Lead and collaborate with a diverse global HR workforce (EBS, COEs, HRPBs) considering HR individuals and teams development Align team goals with enterprise-wide TM strategy and business objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll need:
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field is required.
8+ years of progressive experience in:
Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources
With direct exposure to executive-level development, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning.
Proven track record in:
Designing and delivering enterprise-wide talent programs
Leading cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders
Applying data-driven approaches to leadership development and organizational effectiveness
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations, with the ability to influence across geographies and business units.
Deep knowledge of executive development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness, with the ability to align programs to enterprise leadership frameworks and business goals.
Strong capability in managing complex initiatives, synthesizing talent data into actionable insights, and applying a product mindset to drive continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead global teams and influence across HR, business units, and executive leadership.

Able of analytics driven by data
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
Bonus points if you have the following:
Master’s degree in organizational development, analytics, business strategy, or related fields
Familiarity with modern HRIS systems, e.g. Workday, SAP and other applicable technology, e.g. PowerBI.
