This role is responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition function, driving strategic hiring initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Plans, directs, and develops programs and goals to strategically address the organization's current and future workforce needs. It also focuses on proactive talent sourcing and building strong external networks to create sustainable pipelines for critical and emerging roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop the team. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Leads improvement initiatives for recruitment and staffing programs, processes, and policies in alignment with organizational Human Resources strategies.
  • Manages a group of recruiters to implement strategic recruitment and employment programs. Consults on recruiting and staff allocation issues with departments.
  • Enhances recruitment strategies, processes, and partnerships with external vendors.
  • Develops recruitment best practices that support the organization’s strategic goals and direction.
  • Conducts talent evaluation and screening, including resume analysis, screening interviews, and supporting hiring managers during final selection and reference checks.
  • Leads job advertising and posting efforts by developing effective job descriptions, managing postings on internal/external platforms, and coordinating with external recruiting agencies.
  • Drives talent prospecting and workforce planning, including participation in employment fairs, campus recruiting initiatives, and building sourcing pipelines to meet future hiring needs.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in HR business partnering, talent management, or employee relations within a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Com/BBA) in relevant fields or a Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) in HR is required.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employer branding, and talent pipeline development.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, market mapping, and employer branding strategies.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, guiding recruiters, and driving performance through data-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR analytics, and digital sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, etc.).
