The Role:
Entegris is seeking a dynamic leader for the role of Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Planning. This position will lead a team of 4-6 Supply Network Planners and enable Entegris’ global supply planning and business objectives to be achieved for one of the sales divisions while satisfying some of the world’s largest and most demanding semiconductor customers. As the company accelerates its growth organically and through M&A’s, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to shape the S&OP transformation journey to level up supply planning’s maturity and be a change agent in driving supply planning excellence in a vertically integrated supply chain.
This role ideally offices out of the Billerica or Bedford, MA offices but other APS site locations can be used. This role is expected to be in the office at least 4 days per week and will have travel to other APS sites throughout the year as needed.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic thinking:
Develop, execute and advocate supply planning strategies, policies and plans to uphold competitive advantage of the division.
Develop structured and sustainable processes for supply risk management and continuity to achieve target revenue plans and business strategies.
Identify modifications and continually transform business practices to take full advantage of the power of technology to meet strategic objectives as company grows organically
S&OP Transformation:
Act as an integral player in division monthly S&OP process, leading teams to translate demand plan into a network supply plan, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure the plan is managed according to constraints and targets are aligned with the business strategy.
Execute Rough Cut Capacity Planning to provide data driven constraint risks to revenue and simulate what if scenario plan, highlighting gaps and driving actions plans with milestones tracker.
Partner and collaborate with Operation and Procurement team on mitigation plans to close gaps towards Unconstraint Demand and business revenues.
Collaborative partner and influencer:
Build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, data and insights to drive continuous improvement in functions with the ability to drive results through a global matrix structure.
Critical thinkers who see opportunities to develop and optimize work processes in supply planning arena; finding ways to simplify, standardize and automate.
Ability to identify process gaps to meet KPI and focus on delivering results and generating business value across Supply Chain functions
Analytical problem solver:
People who go beyond just fixing to identify root causes, evaluate optimal solutions, and recommend comprehensive upgrades to prevent future issues.
Solid analytical skills and solution-driven thinking, using intuition and experience to complement data.
People Leader & Talent developer:
Manage a global team of 4-6 professional level Supply Network Planners, including rotational talent, and sustain a high- performance team by cultivating and amplifying individual and team strengths across geographies and culture
Lead and act as an exemplary role model for leaders at all levels, with adherence to the company's culture.
What We Seek:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in Operations or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
8+ years of supply chain management experience, in a manufacturing environment including broad -based management and supervision.
Demonstrated success leading Sales & Inventory Planning (SIOP)
Critical thinker, Independent, resilient, self-starter, driven and highly motivated personality with entrepreneurial solution thinking to properly communicate to senior leadership
Experience in cross-functional leadership and change management capacity.
Well versed in SAP ERP IBP, Microsoft and analytical database e.g., Power BI, Tableau 5+ years
With adequate notice be able to travel globally up to 10%
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
APICS certification in CPIM or CIRM

· Compensation: $120,000- $160,000 per year with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
