We are looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to oversee the commercial and supply chain side of FalCom Operations, securing reliable, cost-efficient and agile supply of FalCom’s advanced hearing protection and communication systems to global customers on time, in full.

Your will report to the Head of FalCom Operations in Ballerup.

We are in pursuit of a skilled Senior Manager who can integrate their supply chain skills and implement a customer and data-driven way of working, ensuring close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Industrialization and external manufacturing partners to support growth and scalability.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end Supply Chain performance - delivery reliability, inventory, cost and supplier/partner
  • Overall demand planning and S&OP process, ensuring a realistic, aligned and actionable demand and supply plan
  • Strategy and framework for material planning, order fulfillment, inventory supplier and partner management
  • Commercial relationships and agreements with external manufacturing partners and key suppliers
  • Leadership, performance and engagement of the Commercial & Supply Chain team
  • Definition, tracking and meeting of functional KPIs across supply planning, fulfillment, inventory and sourcing
  • Ensuring that processes, systems and organization support scalable growth

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Relevant degree within Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or similar
  • Significant experience in Operations/Supply Chain roles in a technology-intensive, international setting
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams (planning, sourcing, logistics, customer service)
  • Solid background in sourcing, including negotiation of commercial terms and supplier management
  • Good understanding of order fulfilment, warehousing and inventory management in an international context
  • Analytical skills and data-driven decision making; comfortable working with KPIs and financial impact
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate across functions and geographies
