Position Summary
You will lead supplier quality audits for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region from India. You will plan, execute, and close supplier and service provider audits. You will work closely with procurement, quality, and supplier teams to ensure robust corrective actions and sustained compliance. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead planning and execution of supplier and vendor audits across the GCC region, focusing on quality systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare clear, objective audit reports and work with suppliers and internal teams to define corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Track CAPA progress and effectiveness, escalate unresolved issues, and keep audit and CAPA records up to date in audit systems.
- Support supplier qualification, re-qualification and periodic review activities using risk-based assessment for critical suppliers.
- Provide training and coaching to internal stakeholders on supplier quality expectations and audit best practices.
- Contribute to inspection readiness and support regulatory or customer audits involving suppliers when required.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in quality, supplier quality, or auditing within a regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
- Practical experience conducting supplier, vendor, or GMP-style audits.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, CAPA management, and audit reporting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- This role is hybrid based in India with regular travel to GCC countries and occasional travel within India.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience working with suppliers across the GCC region or Middle East.
- Familiarity with international regulatory expectations relevant to supplier oversight.
- Certification as a lead auditor (ISO, GMP or equivalent).
- Experience using electronic audit and CAPA management systems.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching experience across functions.
- Fluency in an additional language commonly used in the GCC region.
