Senior Manager / Strategic Workforce Planning

[What the role is]

To lead the execution of the strategic workforce planning initiatives, focusing on organisational design, job/role transformation, capabilities for new growth areas and ensuring optimal workforce composition aligned with the organization's long-term objectives. This role drives organisational transformation through strategic workforce analysis and planning whilest guiding employees through organisational transitions. By collaborating with key stakeholders, this role ensures that the workforce strategy aligns with business goals and supports organizational growth and adaptability in an evolving landscape.

[What you will be working on]

1) Strategic Workforce Planning: Drive the strategic alignment of workforce composition with organizational goals by identifying emerging workforce trends and future skill requirements to meet future needs.  Lead the organisation design initiatives including job redesign, role restructuring, and team optimisation to meet evolving business needs.
2) Jobs/Role Transformation: Lead job analysis and role transformation initiatives to align positions with emerging business requirements and technological advancements. Design new roles and capabilities required for growth areas, ensuring job specifications reflect future organisational needs. Collaborate with business units to identify capability gaps and restructure existing roles to support strategic expansion and operational efficiency.
3) Change Management: Design and implement change management strategies to guide employees through organisational transformations including role transitions.  Develop stakeholder engagement frameworks, communication strategies, and support mechanisms that minimise disuptions whilst maximising employee adoption and performance. 

[What we are looking for]

Skills Required:

Requires expertise in strategic workforce plan including  job redesign, organisation design and change management, with strong skills in stakeholder engagement and competency framework development. The role demands the ability to align workforce composition with business goals while driving talent mobility and organizational adaptability.

Experience & Special Certification(s):

5+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning, job redesign or organizational development
Experience in stakeholder engagement and change management to lead role transitions and workforce restructuring.
Familiarity with Singapore’s labor laws and HR practices, particularly in workforce restructuring and talent mobility.
