Senior Manager, Strategic Data & Process Insights – Atlanta, GA
This role serves as a trusted strategic partner to the CIO, leading data-driven initiatives that break down silos, challenge operational barriers, and translate complex business questions into actionable insights. The Senior Manager of Strategic Data & Process Insights drives cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for process improvement, elevate customer experience, and enhance enterprise efficiency through evidence-based decision making.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead special projects that require deep data analysis, process mapping, and strategic insight across business units.
Partner with executive leadership to frame ambiguous business questions and deliver clear, factual answers that support decision-making.
Conduct end-to-end analysis of key customer experiences — such as money transfer journeys — to identify friction points, measure “straight-through” completion rates, and recommend process improvements.
Bridge the gap between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on data-driven priorities and outcomes.
Identify and eliminate organizational silos or “we can’t do that” barriers through collaborative problem-solving and influence.
Synthesize complex data into executive-level storytelling, enabling leaders to make confident, informed decisions.
Drive a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and accountability grounded in data transparency.
Serve as a bridge between onshore and offshore technical teams to overcome collaboration challenges. Build trust, alignment, and shared accountability through clear communication, structured engagement routines, and cultural awareness.
Immediately contribute to executive OKRs & Special Projects to include: Customer Money Movement Metrics, Customer observability and Straight-through Processing initiatives
Role Requirements:
10+ years of experience in data analytics, process optimization, or enterprise transformation.
Proven ability to work across functions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong SQL and data visualization skills with experience translating data into strategy.
Exceptional communication skills, able to bridge executive priorities with analytical execution.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving complex business challenges.
