About the Role

• Deliver impactful AI solutions aligned with pre-defined business goals to drive adoption and measurable organizational value. Ensure these outcomes are achieved within the fixed project resources, optimizing cost, quality, and delivery time.
• Design overall AI system architecture, integrating algorithms, platforms, and engineering to improve scalability and performance. Manage architecture governance, ensure IT projects / solutions are aligned with architecture guidelines and growth strategies of AIA.
• Responsible for researching, analyzing, designing, proposing and potentially delivering solutions that align to the business and growth strategies of AIA.
• Establish clear team objectives and drive execution efforts to enhance overall team productivity and foster seamless collaboration.

·       Collaborate with product, business,algorithm,and other departments to ensure technical solutions support business growth.

·       Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to drive project progress and enhance overall satisfaction.

·       Responsible for team training, and performance management to support team development.

·       Stay updated on emerging generative AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.

·       Lead evaluation and integration of diverse AI platforms (e.g., DeepSeek, OpenAI, Azure AI, Ali/Tencent, open-source ecosystems) into Enterprise Architecture.

·       Design, develop, and implement advanced agentic workflows using principles from cognitive psychology, neuroscience, logic, and decision theory.

·       Develop business cases and manage pilot programs to validate and refine AI initiatives before scaling.

·       Define future-state architecture that integrates traditional IT with generative AI to meet current and future business needs.

·       Create technology roadmaps leveraging emerging AI, cloud, and integration technologies for competitive advantage.

·       Collaborate with regional units, cross-functional teams, and external partners to align architecture standards and AI innovation.

·       Lead change management and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption and ensure smooth technology transitions.

·       Establish guidelines and standards for AI solution development and deployment, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Monitor and govern project execution to maintain consistency with Enterprise Architecture and AI governance frameworks.
