Your role at Clorox:
The Senior Manager – S&OE Process Excellence owns and leads the enterprise Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Inventory Planning processes, driving the transformation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to ensure S&OE is embedded, consistently adopted, and executed with discipline and rigor across Business Units.
Serving as the senior process authority for S&OE, this role partners with BU IBP leaders, Other Functional leaders in SC and the Commercial area, and IBP-Center Leaders (e.g. Associate Dir BP) to advance process maturity, align system capabilities, and ensure performance metrics are directly tied to business outcomes. The role is accountable for identifying and closing process, capability, and training gaps while enabling integrated, proactive, and increasingly automated execution.
This role includes direct people leadership responsibility for one direct report, with accountability for coaching, performance management, and capability development.
In this role, you will:
Enterprise Process Ownership & IBP Transformation
- Own the end‑to‑end S&OE and Inventory Planning process framework across Business Units, including standards, governance, and best practices aligned with Functional and COE leadership
- Lead the IBP‑driven evolution of S&OE, ensuring strong linkage between IBP cycles, decision forums, and short‑term execution
- Translate IBP strategy into practical, embedded S&OE ways of working, ensuring sustained operational adoption within BU execution rhythms
- Act as the senior process authority for S&OE, defining and driving a clear roadmap to advance toward an integrated, proactive, and increasingly automated orchestration model with enhanced visibility
Process Governance, Adoption & Discipline
- Establish and lead enterprise S&OE process governance, including decision rights, escalation paths, and change management standards
- Drive process standardization and consistency across Business Units while enabling fit‑for‑purpose flexibility where required
- Secure adoption, discipline, and execution rigor by reinforcing expectations around cadence, data usage, decision quality, and accountability
- Identify and address execution inconsistencies, behavioral gaps, and adoption risks through targeted interventions
System Alignment, Metrics & Business Outcomes
- Partner with the Network Planning Product Manager to align Kinaxis upgrades and capabilities with enterprise process needs
- Provide strategic input into the Kinaxis capability and enhancement roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and process maturity
- Define and govern enterprise S&OE performance metrics, ensuring clear linkage to business outcomes (service, inventory, cost, stability)
- Use insights and analytics to identify systemic process, capability, and training gaps and prioritize improvement investments
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a senior advisor and partner to BU IBP leaders, functional leaders, and Supply Chain leadership, influencing without direct authority
- Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development for one direct report, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities
- Proactively communicate and align with stakeholders to ensure S&OE processes and systems continue to meet evolving business needs

What we look for:
- Deep expertise in S&OE, Inventory Planning, and IBP / S&OP within a complex, multi‑BU environment
- Strong understanding of CPG supply chain operations and integrated planning processes
- Advanced knowledge of forecasting methodologies, supply planning, and performance management
- Experience defining and implementing enterprise‑level process metrics and governance
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders, drive adoption, and lead transformation
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and change leadership skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience; CPG / fast‑moving consumer goods preferred.
- Significant experience in S&OP/IBP/S&OE transformation, preferably in a matrixed or multi-BU environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise process transformation and cross‑functional initiatives
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, capability development, and accountability for outcomes

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $128,000 - $252,200
–Zone B: $117,400 - $231,200
–Zone C: $106,700 - $210,200
