  • Oversee service delivery performance for assigned areas, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments; partner with Operations to align processes and staffing with client needs; identify performance gaps and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate key client initiatives and workstreams, including scoping, timelines, resource coordination, and KPI definition; track progress against plans, proactively manage risks and issues, escalate when needed, and support larger transformation programs led by senior leadership.
  • Provide hands-on team leadership and data-driven performance management by coaching and developing supervisors/analysts, analyzing operational and financial data to identify trends and root causes, and translating insights into actionable recommendations, dashboards, and reports.

Qualifications

  • Possess 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, specifically in back-end patient financial services at a director level, with hospital experience preferred, and proficiency in Epic.
  • Demonstrate the ability to conduct analysis, convert insights into actionable strategies, and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment, managing relationships across mid-management to C-suite levels.
  • Have experience running large projects with a black belt/six sigma understanding and background in an outsourced environment or as a healthcare consultant.
