Campaign Design, Execution & Performance Management

  • Design and launch deposit and segment‑driven campaigns for ETB and NTB customers and sales staff.
  • Manage end‑to‑end implementation of sales campaigns, including tracking, coordination, and gift fulfilment.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and implement enhancements where required. Perform post‑campaign analysis and evaluation to assess effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.

2. Segment Activation & Market Execution

  • Execute customised segment activations and targeted initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and deploy sales‑supporting tools and materials aligned to campaign objectives and segment needs.
  • Support initiatives to strengthen and grow priority customer segments, including women entrepreneurs, Micro SMEs, and other identified segments.

3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Develop and execute relationship management activities in close cooperation with Sales to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive initiatives to increase customer stickiness, including multi‑product holdings and wallet‑sizing strategies. Ensure campaigns and propositions are aligned to evolving customer expectations and business needs.

4. Market Intelligence & Proposition Development

  • Evaluate customer needs, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform effective marketing and segment strategies. Participate in marketing and proposition committees to ensure appropriate deployment and direction of new product or proposition development.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional marketing teams to develop strategies that strengthen the unique selling propositions (USPs) for targeted segments.

5. Reporting, Governance & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide regular internal reporting on segment development performance, campaign outcomes, and sales progress to senior management.
  • Ensure governance, consistency, and transparency in campaign execution and segment initiatives.
  • Act as a key coordination point between Head Office, Sales, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

6. People Development & Team Enablement

  • Coach and guide team members, providing ongoing feedback and support as they take on increased responsibilities.
  • Foster a performance‑driven and collaborative team environment aligned to divisional objectives.

7. Additional Responsibilities

  • Undertake ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management in support of business priorities.
