Role Overview 

The Demand Management & Change Board Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the review and approval of changes and demand intake for HH and AH SAP instances and associated boundary and connected systems as part of a centralized S/4HANA demand management and change review process, driving alignment with business priorities and minimal disruption during S/4HANA migration. This role also involves establishing and maintaining demand management processes, governance, and frameworks, and focuses on evaluating BAU demand and interdependent projects, providing leadership visibility and prioritization based on business needs. The analyst will work closely with the Change Board to ensure proper visibility and coordination of resources across critical programs, aligning with overall program strategy.  

What will you do in this role: 

  • Establish and maintain demand management processes, governance, and prioritization frameworks for SAP S/4HANA migration.
  • Evaluate BAU demand and interdependent projects to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Provide leadership visibility into demand trends and prioritization efforts based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with the Change Board to ensure proper visibility and coordination of critical concurrent programs.
  • Assess and manage demand arising from boundary and connected systems that may impact the S/4HANA program scope, timeline or resource planning.
  • Ensure the dependencies are captured in the governance process and reflected in the prioritization decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain demand dashboards and reports for leadership review.
  • Ensure traceability and transparency of demand requests and prioritization decisions.
  • Support resource allocation and scheduling across interdependent projects.
  • Identify risks and dependencies related to demand and change management and escalate as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of demand management and change governance processes.

What should you have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in demand management and change governance within large ERP or transformation programs.
  • Understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA migration processes.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with governance tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and interdependencies in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certification in ITIL, Change Management, or related governance frameworks.
  • Experience in life sciences or regulated industries.
  • Exposure to program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Knowledge of portfolio management and demand forecasting principles.
