Senior Manager, Sales Operations

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager of Sales Operations to join the Life Science and healthcare segment of Clarivate. This role will be responsible for driving strategic sales operations initiatives, optimizing sales systems and processes, and enabling the sales organization to achieve operational excellence and revenue growth. You will play a critical role partnering with leadership and cross‑functional teams to execute the go‑to‑market strategy and ensure seamless operational workflows.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with 2+ years of management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale programs or initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and sales analytics (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to collaborate across leadership, sales, marketing, and IT teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Expertise in advanced CRM platforms and sales tools.

What will you be doing in this role? 

  • Manage a team of Colleagues responsible for visualization tools and analysis
  • Drive and influence strategic sales operations plans that support business goals and enable growth.
  • Lead the design, optimization, and implementation of advanced sales processes and CRM systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, leadership, and IT teams to ensure alignment of workflows and operational processes.
  • Manage and deliver complex sales operations projects, ensuring timely and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Support sales leadership in executing go‑to‑market strategy rollout and delivering critical reporting including forecasting.
  • Lead, guide, and review team output to achieve operational and functional objectives.
  • Influence stakeholders across departments to drive adoption of policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Contribute to and influence department-level strategic initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and developmental feedback to team members.
  • Own staffing decisions and support team growth and performance.

About the Team   

You’ll be leading a team of analysts who’re responsible for managing data flows from our Salesforce CRM into our PowerBI visualization tool and constructing complex dashboards & reports that are used by our LSH sales leaders and sellers daily. Analysts are required to maximize automation techniques to ensure tools can be refreshed with minimal effort, and also will be responsible for providing analysis to BP’s & Sales Leadership.

Hours of Work  

  • 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, Hybrid work model
