 Meaningful Work From Day One 

 Lead and coordinate the operational execution of the Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific Division RTC strategy at regional and market level.   Engage with the Senior Director, Chief of Staff and Operations, the broader division commercial team and the local market experts to provide operational commercial direction and execution leadership around Route to Consumer optimisation and innovation, channel strategy (incl but not limited to Project On Fashioned) and ad hoc division-led commercial responsibilities as they arise. Furthermore, ensure cross-functional integration with adjacent areas such as Finance, Marketing.  Provide strategic support to local markets in shaping the direction of their geographic strategy as it relates to RTC.

This is a role where you will need to be in the office 4 days a week with Fridays working from home. This will be a 12 month maternity cover.

What You Can Expect 

Route to Consumer: 

● Coordinate and Support the enhancement of B-F’s RTC across Europe, Africa & Asia Pacific Markets and the B-F Portfolio of Brands. 

● Partner with the Senior Director, Chief of Staff and Operations to safeguard the application of diligence and enterprise mindset in market specific RTC Business Model / Partner evaluations and change proposals as well as during the implementation of RTC changes. 

● Collaborate with the markets and act as a stakeholder in driving continuous improvement and consistency of Distributor Management, Collaboration and Motivation across BFEAA markets, escalation point in case of local/alliance level conflict. 

● Work together with regional functions and market experts to provide channel vision strategic direction and drive forward implementation of On Trade strategic project.

● Lead on evolution of other channel related strategy work.

Commercial Effectiveness: 

● Liaise directly with the Commercial Effectiveness Director in synchronising key tools and frameworks to drive towards Commercial Effectiveness at divisional level including but not limited to distributor assessment framework and standardizing RFP process for new distributors. 

High Impact Projects: 

● Manage complex (cross functional / cross regional) projects of strategic importance and impact to B-F Business (e.g. RTC Forward Integration, local market strategies). 

● Ensure Stakeholder Mgmt. along the projects progress across all levels and areas of the organisation.

● Able to inspire high levels of respect. Adept at building relationships. 

● Comfortable with a role designed for balancing the ability to “influence” over “control.”

● Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to draft speeches and persuade others to accept and implement recommendations. 

● A zest for continuous learning – demonstrated project management skills with a willingness to take on projects outside of the realm of expertise. 

● Financial experience and/or education sufficient to develop/research responses to financial questions. 

● Strong analytical skills. 

● Willingness to travel internationally 

● Leadership experience, project management
