You will join HPB's Preventive Health Programmes & Rewards Division, specifically within the Rewards Department, where you will play an integral role in driving, designing, and implementing reward-based tech-related initiatives that inspire Singapore residents to embrace healthier lifestyles, thereby advancing HPB's vision of "A Nation of Healthy People".

[What you will be working on]

As a key member of the Rewards Department, you will serve as the Project Manager to drive the implementation of the following initiatives:

  • ActiveSG Project: You will represent Rewards as the primary technical lead for end-to-end implementation, working collaboratively with internal and external technical teams and designated points of contact from ActiveSG and OGP. You will lead all aspects of project management, including planning, development, UAT, and post-launch phases, whilst ensuring strict adherence to the established scope of work throughout the project development lifecycle.

  • HealthHub+ App Integration Project: You will represent Rewards in completing comprehensive end-to-end testing to ensure proper integration with the HealthHub+ app, working in collaboration with MOH/PHD and Synapxe. You will oversee all integration requirements and coordinate the end-to-end testing process to ensure seamless system functionality and interoperability.

  • Additional Deliverables and Expectations: Beyond these core projects, you will be assigned additional projects as they arise. Success in this role will be measured by ensuring timely project implementation, effective cross-agency coordination, comprehensive risk management, and strong stakeholder engagement. Regular status reporting and proactive communication management will be essential to ensure seamless project delivery for the assigned initiatives.

[What we are looking for]

An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in project management. Experience in multi-agency coordination and stakeholder management will be an added advantage. The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, system design, computer science or information systems or other related disciplines. The candidate should also possess:

  • Ability to manage complex system implementations within tight timelines
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with ability to work effectively with people at different levels and coordinate across agencies
  • Good analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive initiative and works independently to complete tasks and achieve goals
  • Good follow-up to facilitate prompt closures of prioritised action items
