Readt to be a Titan?
We are looking for a hands-on, operational leader to guide our Enterprise Post-Sales team. This is not a "clipboard management" role; we need a leader who deeply understands the nuances of their Book of Business and operates with a high degree of autonomy.
As the Senior Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the most critical phase of the customer journey: the path from sale to value. You will be accountable for forecasting accuracy, resource loading, and fostering a culture where your team solves complex configuration challenges independently.
What you’ll do:
Capacity Planning & Resource Allocation
Strategic Assignment: act as the "Air Traffic Controller" for the team. Assign the right Delivery Managers and Enterprise Implementation Consultants to the right accounts based on complexity, industry vertical, and individual skill sets.
Pipeline Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales leadership to view the incoming pipeline 30-60-90 days out. Translate sales forecasts into headcount and resource requirements to prevent bottlenecks before they occur.
Utilization Management: Balance team workload to prevent burnout while maximizing throughput. Ensure no team member is underutilized while others are underwater.
Portfolio Command & Risk Management
Own the Book of Business: Maintain a granular understanding of your team’s portfolio. You should be able to speak to the status, sentiment, and blockers of key accounts at any moment without needing to "get back to us."
Proactive Risk Mitigation: Detect early warning signs of poor customer sentiment or project slippage. Intervene immediately to de-escalate issues and get accounts back on track before they become churn risks.
Operational Autonomy & Technical Leadership
Drive Technical Self-Sufficiency: Build a team capable of solving their own functional and technical problems. Your team should be the first line of defense for configuration challenges.
Process Accountability: Enforce strict adherence to implementation playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure data hygiene in Salesforce/Project Management tools is impeccable.
Forecasting & Metrics
Forecast Precision: Own the forecasting model for Activations (Go-Lives) and Transitions (Handover to Customer Success). You are accountable for hitting these targets monthly and quarterly.
Pipeline Velocity: Monitor time-to-value metrics. Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding phase that delay revenue recognition and implement strategies to shorten the implementation cycle.
What you'll bring:
Experience: 5+ years in SaaS Implementation, Professional Services, or Onboarding, with at least 2+ years in a people management capacity.
Resource Management: Proven experience with capacity planning models. You know how to map incoming sales volume to current team bandwidth.
Technical Aptitude: You don't need to be a developer, but you must be tech-savvy enough to understand complex product configurations. You thrive on understanding how the software works.
Data-Driven: You are comfortable working with heavy data sets to predict future outcomes. You treat forecasting with the same rigor as a Sales Director.
Grit & Ownership: You have a "buck stops here" mentality. You don't blame external factors for missed targets; you find ways to win.

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $151,100 USD - $202,100 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
