The Role:
As a Senior Manager - Research & Insights, you will liaise with stakeholders across Brand, Product, Growth, and other teams to understand business challenges and propose research solutions. Drive strategic and tactical research, including U&A, triggers and barriers, brand tracks, funnel diagnostics, concept tests, and ad tests, while owning the end-to-end UX research process. Manage day-to-day research activities, including capturing briefs, designing questionnaires, executing studies, and preparing reports. Share actionable insights with stakeholders through clear presentations. Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, collaborate with business intelligence/analytics units, and conduct secondary research. Mentor and guide a team of moderators/executives, manage relationships with agency partners, evaluate new agencies/vendors, and seek new solutions to improve research outcomes. Contribute to building the research ecosystem, disseminate learnings, and foster a consumer-centric culture.

What You’ll Own
You will work closely with the Research, Product and Design team, in addition to other teams, on a day-to-day basis. Your role will involve:

-Liaise with stakeholders across Brand, Product, Growth, and other teams to understand business challenges, ask the right questions, and suggest appropriate research solutions
-Drive strategic and tactical research studies (e.g., U&A, triggers and barriers, brand tracks, funnel diagnostics, concept tests, ad tests) and own the UX research process end to end
-Manage daily research activities, including capturing briefs, designing questionnaires, executing studies, and preparing reports
-Share actionable insights with stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and learning walkthroughs
-Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholder groups
-Collaborate with business intelligence/analytics units and conduct secondary research to provide comprehensive insights
-Mentor and guide a team of moderators/executives, overseeing their daily operations and supporting their technical and personal development
-Manage relationships with agency partners across qualitative and quantitative fields and evaluate new agencies/vendors for improved research outcomes
-Contribute to building the research ecosystem and disseminate research learnings across the organisation through newsletters and consumer immersions
-Assist in fostering a consumer-centric culture and mindset within the organisation
-Able to operate independently without constant manager supervision

Who You Are
-Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant research experience across various qualitative, quantitative, and other methodologies, including 2-3 years in UX research
-At least 2-3 years of experience leading a small team
-Ability to translate business inquiries into research problems/studies, suggesting appropriate methodologies (study design, sampling, TG selection) and executing accordingly (DG/questionnaire prep, study execution, analysis, and reporting)
-Proficient in handling multiple data sets/sources to create compelling and impactful narratives
-Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of building credibility through expertise and personal skills
-Comfortable interacting with, managing, and presenting to senior stakeholders
-Ability to independently manage studies and take ownership with minimal managerial support
-Strong analytical, planning, and multi-tasking skills to deliver effectively within business constraints and needs
-Ability to operate independently without constant manager supervision

Good-to-haves:      
-Both agency and client side experience is preferred
-Experience in the financial category is a plus
-Moderation skills are a bonus
