Revenue Management & Recognition:
Oversee complete revenue lifecycle from contract review to final invoicing and recognition. Ensure revenue is recognized accurately and in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP (as applicable). Maintain and monitor unbilled revenue, deferred revenue & WIP revenue
Reporting & Analytics:
Lead monthly revenue close activities, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Customer Invoicing & Query Management:
Supervise the preparation and issuance of accurate customer invoices in line with contractual terms. Act as the escalation point for customer billing queries, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to address discrepancies and improve customer satisfaction.
Contract management:
Review sales orders, contracts, SLAs, and change orders for revenue implications
Billing & Invoicing: Ensure timely and error-free billing for all customers. Collaborate with Sales, Project Delivery, and Operations to validate billable efforts, milestones, and pricing
CA / MBA Finance / or equivalent qualification
• 5– 8 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Billing, Order-to-Cash, or Financial Reporting roles.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards (IFRS/US GAAP)
• Good Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Advanced Excel and data analytics skills (Power BI/Tableau preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
