Job Title: Senior Manager, Regional Field Marketing, Aesthetics
Job Location: Remote – Central region: Fort Worth, Chicago, Denver
Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Regional Field Marketing role is a member of the leadership team responsible for driving engagement strategy across the full portfolio of Aesthetics products and customer segments. The Senior Manager, Regional Field Marketer is responsible for helping to develop and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance regional partnerships, align tactics to strategic initiatives, and deliver against core business objectives. This role partners closely with key stakeholders across Global and US cross functional teams as well as external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Own and develop strategic regional engagement plans and strategies for assigned region in collaboration with cross functional partners such as marketing, sales, and medical affairs.
Drive critical product launch activities to optimize market readiness and ensure successful introductions of Galderma Aesthetics products.
Develop regional and national congress strategies, with a focus on product launch excellence, targeting appropriate customers for engagement.
Identify, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with key customers.
Partner with marketing leadership to develop advisory board strategy, content, and advisory recommendations. Facilitate and co-lead all advisories as required.
Collaborate and communicate with the sales leadership on targeted KOLs to ensure strategic and tactical cohesiveness.
Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics and identify short and long-term opportunities to maximize brand and enterprise impact through professional engagements.
Lead quarterly congress debrief calls and executive reporting of KOL engagement activities with strategic recommendations aligned to brand imperatives.
Monitor, analyze and interpret the latest trends in the market, competition and product performance; communicate insights and provide strategic recommendations.
Engagement lead for advocacy and society groups for the full Aesthetic portfolio. Own and develop paths of partnership and future partnership opportunities.
Develop and optimize brand strategies and tactics with steering committee on a monthly basis.
Capture and maintain account and engagements profiles, meetings, objectives and follow up action to drive business needs by leveraging tools such as Veeva Link.

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry including 3+ years in product management, field marketing, account management and/or sales leadership experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business required; master’s degree preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of the Aesthetics marketplace.
Strong customer focus and demonstrated ability in developing effective strategic relationships.
Prior launch experience preferred.
Ability to collaborate with both key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment cross-functionally with customer engagement activities and strategic objectives.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills: ability to articulate a point of view succinctly and effectively to senior leaders and external customers.
Comprehensive analytical/strategic thinking skills; demonstrated ability to utilize data in fact-based decision-making (data to insights, to action).
Ability to work effectively, with a sense of urgency, and influence without authority across a global matrix enterprise organization.
Adaptability, resilience, tenacity, and ability to quickly pivot between multiple tasks and initiatives.
Travel estimated at 50%.

About the Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $140,000 - $175,000.
In addition to base salary, we provide an opportunity to participate in an annual short-term incentive program that is based on corporate performance with a multiplier focused on individual performance.
