How will this role have an impact?
The Regional Capacity Lead is part of the regional leadership (GeoMode) team responsible for the clinician network capacity distribution management and strategy for a region of ~15-20 states, and $200M+ revenue. The role leads overall capacity strategy for their assigned region focused on planning, forecasting, stakeholder alignment, goal alignment, and working with the cross-matrix team to establish a library of robust and confident clinician rosters.
The Regional Capacity Lead role is ideal for someone looking to have significant accountability and ownership for outcomes with a background in operations, supply chain / asset management and client / stakeholder management
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead regional delivery of capacity performance targets, optimize clinician roster strategies and utilization, based on supply and demand drivers, and strengthen accountability for operational results across the region
Optimize performance and outcomes based on identified supply constraints through daily monitoring of trends and metrics and management of risks
Partner with the regional leadership team to align demand and supply expectations and define an approach for capacity. Generate the capacity plan and forecast for the region, leveraging details from the production and network leadership team.
Direct and approach for the clinician roster, assignments or utilization, based on supply and demand drivers, promoting collaboration and communication between production and network teams
Prepare of supply and demand balancing scenarios, analyzing optionality & choices around demand, as well as supply trade-offs
Monitor and maintain a deep understanding of all metrics associated with capacity
Relationship management with a wide range of stakeholders who own inputs and/or outputs necessary to achieve results (client, data, other operational teams)
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Masters or MBA is preferred
Minimum 7 years of experience in operations, supply chain / asset management, client management, data analysis / forecasting type roles, ideally within the healthcare industry
Minimum 5 years of operational experience with increasing functional knowledge and responsibilities
Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams and projects as well as working cross-functionally with multiple teams
Demonstrated success using root cause analysis and forensic evaluation to enhance processes and drive business results
Occasional travel for meetings (approximately 10%)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
