What is the Opportunity?
The Wealth Management Transformation Management Office (TMO) oversees and guides the Wealth Management segment through transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with LofB and segment strategic goals. The TMO provides funding & prioritization and performance management across the WM portfolio, as well as enables execution excellence in LofB delivery through agile ways of working, in partnership with the WM lines of businesses.
This role will enable the TMO to track how value is created by newly stood-up programs, expedite funding & execution, enable agility and adaptability, identify new ways of working to continually improve productivity, align to global best practices, while ensuring solutions are tailored to LofB needs and create transparent views of LOB priorities, key initiatives, spend and expected benefits
What will you do?
Funding and Prioritization
Support and enable LofBs through their regular forecasting and annual planning cycles by actively managing, analyzing and advising on Planview Portfolios, enabling WM users and stakeholders to leverage the tool functionality for accurately recording and reporting their full suite of initiatives
Provide information and data into the IRB and other forums from multiple stakeholders such as but not limited to the LofBs, T&O, Finance, EDS and PRG, enabling data and fact-based prioritization decisions
Performance Management
Be a part of Portfolio Data & Management team managing Planview Portfolios on an ongoing basis, enabling WM users and stakeholders to leverage the tool for recording and reporting their portfolio performance
Provide advice and guidance to LofBs for all aspects of portfolio and program reporting and monitoring
Assess and communicate regularly program’s financials, health, risks, and performance against OKRs and other financial targets
Communicate and educate LofBs on benefits identification, validation, recording and reporting in the tools
Maintain a single source of truth for all WM initiatives and drive data completeness, integrity, timeliness and accuracy across all LofBs
Program / Project Guidelines & Standards
Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to refine segment and business level processes, guidelines and tools for simplified, effective and efficient implementation of portfolio and project standards.
Establish and maintain guidelines, tools, and templates to comply with mandatory enterprise guidelines (e.g., intake, prioritization, funding, risk, IRB)
Facilitate and ensure adoption of tools and templates, and adherence to standards
Continuous improvement through upskilling and development (e.g., communities of practice for PMs, Change Managers)

Job Skills
Key Competencies Required:
Proven success in project, program, and/or portfolio management in a large financial institutions or corporation including financial planning
Previous experience with Planview Administration and configuration or similar tools
Expert knowledge with productivity tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, Data visualization) and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects, programs and portfolios
Experience with financial disciplines, business case, investment / benefit /OKR tracking, and the ability to translate data into insights
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate a wide variety of complex information in both oral and written format
Preferred:
Demonstrated collaboration skills with a proven track record of obtaining results through partnerships, impact and influence.
Credibility and presence to be a trusted advisor with business leaders
Excellent prioritization and co-ordination skills, combined with the ability to work to multiple deadlines under pressure
Proven success in the management of stakeholders at all levels of an organization
