About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Manager, Quality Management to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned quality professional with deep knowledge of GxP regulations, strong client-facing skills, and a background in consulting. You will lead and support a range of quality-focused projects across the pharmaceutical value chain, partnering closely with clients to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation.

Your impact

• Lead and deliver complex quality management engagements for clients across Pharma and Life Sciences.
• Provide expert guidance on GxP compliance, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
• Design, implement, and optimize Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality processes across R&D, manufacturing, or commercial operations.
• Support digital quality initiatives, including advanced analytics, digital platform implementations, and applications of AI in quality operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current-state quality operations and develop improvement roadmaps.
• Develop proposals, statements of work, and high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and support business development efforts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge development within the team.
• Stay current on regulatory trends, industry technologies, and emerging best practices.

About you

• Minimum 7-9 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality management, quality consulting, or related roles.
• Proven background in consulting or advisory engagements.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Scientific Degree or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of GxP regulations (e.g., GCP, GLP, GMP) and quality frameworks.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: R&D quality, manufacturing/operations quality, commercial/market quality, QMS implementations, quality process design.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to write compelling proposals and support business development.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Familiarity with digital quality tools, cloud platforms, or quality analytics solutions.
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, client-driven environments as you will join our fast-growing R&D & Quality Team.
