Boeing Distribution, Inc.Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager Quality Inspection to join our Team of Quality Professionals in Hialeah, FL.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee multiple Quality Inspection teams in Miami, encompassing Outbound (Customer Source Inspection), Inbound (Receiving Inspection), First Article Inspection, and additional Quality support functions across multiple shifts.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality strategies and plans aligned with business growth and operational objectives for all inspection functions.
Provide senior-level coaching and education on Quality Systems, ensuring consistent application and compliance across all managers and inspection teams.
Acquire, allocate, and optimize resources to meet quality and program requirements effectively.
Drive quality technical management and lead cross-functional performance improvement initiatives within the Miami inspection teams.
Oversee the review and validation of technical data and inspection results to ensure quality, reproducibility, and producibility.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
Champion a culture of safety, quality, integrity, inclusion, and transparency throughout the Boeing Distribution organization.
Manage department budgets, forecast resource needs, and ensure financial accountability.
Lead change management efforts to embed continuous improvement and innovation within quality inspection processes.
Represent the Miami Quality Inspection teams in senior leadership forums and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in the Commercial/Defense or Distribution Aviation Industry.
3+ years of experience managing multiple teams including first-level managers in quality inspection or related technical functions.
3+ years of experience developing and executing quality strategies supporting business growth and program execution.
Strong expertise in AS9100/9120, ASA-100 standards, and aviation regulatory compliance (FAA, CAA, EASA).
Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with MS Office and quality management IT systems.
Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience)
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM, or technical field
Advanced degree or certifications in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) preferred.
Extensive experience in Aerospace Quality Assurance, Inspection, and Regulatory Compliance.
Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide quality initiatives and driving cultural change.
