Job Description Summary:
This role provides technical governance and quality stewardship for immediate consumption beverages in the Foodservice channel. The position partners cross‑functionally and collaborate with National Fountain Customers to develop and execute strategies that drive beverage quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. A primary responsibility is supporting the development and implementation of strategies, processes, and programs that ensure adherence to The Company’s beverage standards.
Key responsibilities include analyzing and reporting quality data; developing actionable recommendations and customer-specific plans to close quality gaps and improve beverage performance; creating, maintaining, and governing technical documentation to support beverage quality and food safety; and driving sustained compliance across customer outlets.
Success in this role requires effective stewardship of cross‑functional and networked relationships with internal partners, customer account teams, and support functions—including Innovation, Marketing, Procurement, and Commercial—to implement beverage quality and KORE compliance programs in outlets serving Coca‑Cola products. The role also oversees the dispensed beverage quality marketplace monitoring program, managing third‑party auditors who collect quality attribute data and influencing the development and execution of beverage quality standards.
This position demands strong leadership presence, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills. Close collaboration is required with Customer Operations, Sales, Field Service, Account Teams, Research & Development, Company-owned syrup plants, Equipment Engineering, and Commercial Leadership to achieve quality and compliance objectives.
What You'll Do for Us
Function Specific Activities:
Create technical documents to outline and communicate beverage quality and food safety standards for Foodservice in compliance with TCCC requirements.
Manage and/or conduct audit teams and 3rd party technical support of fountain customers to evaluate conformance to the standards and specifications for beverage quality and food safety.
Data analysis and report development of beverage quality attributes to share with Leadership within the account teams to gain alignment of continuous improvement approach and mindset.
Ensure end-to-end beverage quality for Foodservice by identifying risks and non-compliances, ensuring corrective action, and documenting preventative actions.
Serve as subject matter expert to Foodservice stakeholders relative to syrup quality, water quality, water filtration, beverage quality, and equipment applications.
Establish well defined and clear expectations to others against established internal client or external customer metrics.
What You'll Need
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or other related technical discipline.
Related Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, field service, or plant operations. Experience with customer teams and audits is preferred.
