WHAT YOU’LL DO
Thyme Care creates, sells, deploys, and continuously iterates on innovative programs that improve cancer care delivery, reduce unnecessary spend, and support oncology practices in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Through our Thyme Care Oncology Partners (TCOP) network, we collaborate closely with practices to drive measurable clinical and financial impact.
The Program Manager, Provider Interventions owns the strategy, execution, and performance of Thyme Care’s provider incentive and drug intervention programs across the TCOP network. These programs are designed to reduce Part B spend while maintaining or improving quality of care.
This role is responsible for defining the end-to-end strategy to increase program adoption, ensuring practices have the tools, workflows, and incentives needed to participate successfully, and tracking outcomes and performance at scale. The Program Manager will work cross-functionally with Commercial Directors, Product, Product Operations, Health Economics, and Data Science teams, and will be directly client-facing—partnering with oncology practices to drive implementation and sustained engagement. As Thyme Care develops new provider interventions, this person will bring those to life through our network.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. The base salary for this role is $140,250-$165,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired at another level.
