Position Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Partner with the Managing Director and leadership team to define, prioritize, and track execution of GCC strategic goals.
- Translate business vision and transformation objectives into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for business and functional teams to ensure alignment with overall GCC strategy.
- Drive quarterly and annual operating plans, leadership reviews, and governance processes.
Program & Portfolio Management
- Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives ensuring on-time delivery, risk management, and measurable impact.
- Establish frameworks for project prioritization, dependency management, and outcome-based reporting.
- Leverage project management tools like Jira or similar tools to plan, monitor, and track initiatives effectively.
- Ensure consistent adoption of PMO standards, tools, and reporting templates.
Operational Excellence:
- Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across functions.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Business Units to enhance the maturity and efficiency of GCC operations.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen collaboration, communication, and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain visual dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization tools to track strategic goals.
Leadership Support & Decision Enablement
- Act as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the MD on key business priorities and governance forums.
- Develop and present executive dashboards, analytics, and insights to support data-driven decisions.
- Ensure effective coordination, follow-up, and closure of leadership actions and strategic initiatives.
Change & Transformation Management
- Support transformation programs across digital, cultural, and operational domains.
- Drive alignment, communication, and stakeholder engagement during organizational changes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 15 plus years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Transformation roles, preferably within a GCC or technology-led environment.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional strategic initiatives and driving execution through influence.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link strategy to operational outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ownership.
- Expertise in PMO frameworks, governance, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
