Estimated annual base pay: $143,000 (minimum) - $179,000 (midpoint) - $215,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead high-complexity, high-risk programs and manage CAT 3 projects, ensuring deliverables meet contractual and business objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction and QDRC standards.
Team Leadership: Build, develop, and maintain a skilled team, including Program Managers and Project Coordinators. Champion continuous improvement and mentor junior program managers.
Resource Allocation: Prioritize programs and resources, assess workload complexity, recommend allocations, and ensure teams are appropriately staffed to meet objectives.
Governance and Oversight: Establish and manage project/program governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Project Life Cycle: Ensure full and appropriate use of processes such as Product Life Cycle (PLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Parts Transition Process.
Customer Engagement: Act as the primary customer contact, resolve cross-functional issues, and present project status to executives and stakeholders.
Risk and Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while championing change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during program execution.
Financial and Resource Management: Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Strategic Initiatives: Drive process improvement initiatives (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) and align programs with long-term business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and other teams to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and supplier evaluations.
Business Development: Participate in new business development and product portfolio management to enhance competitiveness.

Successful Candidates Typically Have:
bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS
Project management experience in a PLC environment or closely related field
Previous management experience
PgMP (Program Management Professional)
Greenbelt Certification
PMP (Project Management Professional)
