Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, CAMZYOS Professional Marketing, is responsible for the development and execution of marketing initiatives in support of CAMZYOS, with a focus on project managing the potential SCOUT indication approval, derivative content tactical pull through, congress presence, and supporting field enablement. This individual will serve as a key member of the CAMZYOS brand team, driving cross-functional coordination across commercial, medical, and field-facing activities to ensure best-in-class execution of brand priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as co-lead for the potential SCOUT indication and other future lifecycle management (LCM) updates, communicating timelines and updates while coordinating stakeholders and deliverables across cross-functional teams

  • Lead select derivative content pull-through from Mosaic, ensuring approved promotional materials are effectively adapted and deployed across relevant channels and audiences

  • Own end-to-end Tier 2 congress booth build and media execution, including booth design, logistics, content selection, and on-site support for key medical and commercial congresses

  • Oversee brand budget tracking and oversight, partnering with finance and agency teams to ensure accurate forecasting, accruals, and spend management

  • Lead Marketing Workstreams for Plan of Action (POA) meetings, including content development, logistics coordination, and field-facing materials

  • Support field training initiatives by developing and delivering marketing-aligned training content in partnership with sales training and commercial teams

  • Manage ad agency and other vendors in the development and execution of promotional materials and tactics

  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial, medical affairs, sales, analytics, and reimbursement teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing activities

  • Manage internal review and approval processes for promotional materials through the appropriate regulatory and medical-legal review channels

  • Contribute to the assessment of brand KPIs and make recommendations to optimize the marketing mix

  • Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape and marketplace dynamics relevant to the oHCM space

  • Business travel may be required, up to 20%

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of industry experience (pharmaceutical/biotech or related agency) in marketing, sales, or a related commercial function

  • Strong project and process management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously

  • Experience with promotional content development and familiarity with MLR/internal review processes

  • Proficiency in working within content management systems (e.g., Mosaic or similar platforms)

  • Experience supporting or leading congress/medical meeting execution preferred

  • Budget management experience, including forecasting, accruals, and vendor oversight

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable plans

  • Acumen with scientific and clinical data, with the ability to collaborate effectively with medical affairs and external thought leaders

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to develop field-facing materials and training content

  • Proven team player with the ability to navigate and collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed organization

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced, and evolving environment

  • In-line marketing experience in Cardiovascular or specialty therapeutics preferred; launch experience a plus

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Compensation Overview:

Princeton - NJ - US: $137,290 - $166,366

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Paid Time Off

  • US Exempt Employees: flexible time off (unlimited, with manager approval, 11 paid national holidays (not applicable to employees in Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico or Rayzebio employees)

  • Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico and Rayzebio Exempt, Non-Exempt, Hourly Employees: 160 hours annual paid vacation for new hires with manager approval, 11 national holidays, and 3 optional holidays

Based on eligibility*, additional time off for employees may include unlimited paid sick time, up to 2 paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, and military needs and an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas and New Years Day.

All global employees full and part-time who are actively employed at and paid directly by BMS at the end of the calendar year are eligible to take advantage of the Global Shutdown.

*Eligibility Disclosure: The summer hours program is for United States (U.S.) office-based employees due to the unique nature of their work. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers. Employees in remote-by-design or lab-based roles may be eligible for summer hours, depending on the nature of their work, and should discuss eligibility with their manager. Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement should consult that document to determine if they are eligible. Contractors, leased workers and other service providers are not eligible to participate in the program.
