Senior Manager, Product Operations

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Senior Product Operations Manager to support our product teams in driving efficiency, alignment, and cross-functional momentum. This role is critical to keeping initiatives on track, documentation consistent, communication clear, and processes streamlined—ensuring that our product teams can focus on building exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the operational backbone of the product team—keeping initiatives organized, timelines visible, and action items moving forward.

  • Drives consistency in the organization and maintenance of key product documentation (e.g., capability decks, requirements, roadmaps, user story references).

  • Facilitates cross-functional collaboration by scheduling and preparing for meetings, workshops, and reviews; ensuring the right voices are in the room.

  • Bridges communication gaps between product, tech, design, marketing, and other stakeholder teams.

  • Develops and maintains centralized resources (e.g., Confluence pages, documentation hubs) to make information easy to access and use.

  • Assists with the creation of clear, visually effective presentation decks for leadership updates, cross-functional planning, or product launches.

  • Tracks key dates, milestones, and deliverables—ensuring updates and changes are cascaded appropriately across all impacted teams.

  • Identifies opportunities to improve internal product processes, rituals, and workflows and help implement those improvements.

  • Acts as a trusted partner to senior product leaders—anticipating operational needs and providing ongoing support.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in product, product operations, program management, or product coordination roles (preferably in a digital or tech environment).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills; thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively problem-solve.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams.
  • Strong experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and presentation software (PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of processes.
  • A strong sense of curiosity, collaboration, and a “make it happen” attitude.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development processes.
  • Experience creating scalable documentation frameworks or templates.
