Your mission is to provide the critical insights that inform product strategy, sharpen our go-to-market motions, and empower our global sales teams to win decisively.

This is a highly visible, strategic role that requires a deep understanding of the DXP market and the ability to translate complex competitive information into actionable, clear, and compelling narratives for a variety of internal audiences, from the C-suite to the field.

What You'll Do:

  • Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct rigorous, in-depth analysis of key competitors like Adobe, Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentstack, and other emerging players. This includes their product capabilities, pricing and packaging, GTM strategies, and market positioning.
  • Create Actionable Assets: Arm the sales and marketing teams with the tools they need to win. Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of competitive assets, including battlecards, SWOT analyses, objection handling guides, product gap analyses, and internal training materials.
  • Inform Product Strategy: Act as a key partner to the Product Management organization. Translate competitive insights into clear recommendations that influence product roadmaps and help identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Enable the Field: Be the go-to expert for competitive insights. Develop and deliver compelling training and regular updates to ensure our sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams are always equipped with the latest intelligence.
  • Strategic Deal Support: Collaborate directly with sales teams on strategic and competitive deals, providing real-time analysis and positioning guidance to secure key wins.
  • Executive Communication: Synthesize market and competitive trends into concise, regular updates for the executive leadership team to inform company-wide strategy and investment decisions.
  • Win/Loss Analysis: Partner with sales operations to institutionalize and analyze win/loss data, extracting key themes and competitive takeaways to refine our strategies.

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, product management, or a related role in the B2B technology/SaaS industry.
  • 5+ years in a dedicated competitive intelligence function is highly desirable.
  • Deep domain expertise in the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) ecosystem, including Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Marketing Automation.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex markets, synthesize large amounts of information, and create compelling, data-driven narratives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present to and influence audiences at all levels, from individual sellers to C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated experience in a cross-functional leadership role, building strong relationships with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality with a relentless curiosity and a passion for winning.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
