Job Summary

Position Credit Card and other lending products effectively to drive awareness, consideration, and high‑quality application inflow within defined target markets. A commercially minded marketing leader with strong creative instincts, who understands that great storytelling must ultimately translate into measurable revenue outcomes. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and working deeply cross‑functionally.

Job Description

This role owns the customer engagement narrative across segments and channels, ensuring new digital capabilities, product enhancements, and propositions (e.g. rewards, virtual cards, partnerships) are clearly communicated and translated into commercial outcomes.

The role balances brand storytelling with strong lower‑funnel discipline, ensuring that marketing activity results in the right customers, at the right cost, with clear performance accountability.

  • Campaign and content effectiveness

  • Funnel quality and conversion support

  • Narrative and proposition ownership

  • Marketing enablement for sales and internal channels

Key Activities

  • Own the product marketing calendar across Credit Cards and Personal Loans (always‑on and campaign‑based).

  • Drive ATL and BTL campaigns aligned to portfolio growth objectives.

  • Support and guide digital marketing execution across paid media, social, search, and owned channels.

  • Translate new product features, rewards, and partnerships into clear value propositions and messaging.

  • Own campaign tracking and optimisation across impressions, CTR, CPA, funnel entry, and conversion.

  • Partner with CVM to refine segment‑specific narratives and targeting strategies.

  • Deliver go‑to‑market support including flyers, WhatsApp content, in‑app messaging, and internal enablement packs.

  • Track and report campaign performance, insights, and ROI narratives to senior stakeholders.

  • Act as the marketing interface into Rev Ops performance rhythms.

Success Measures

  • Funnel entry volume (quality‑adjusted)

  • Conversion rates by campaign and segment

  • Cost per Application (CPA)

  • Campaign and proposition ROI

  • Brand lift and consideration metrics (where applicable)

Education

Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
