Salesforce is seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Manager of Product Management to contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for Agentforce Process Intelligence, built on Apromore — a 3x Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader in Process Mining, now part of the Salesforce platform. Apromore provides a full-spectrum of process intelligence capabilities — including process and task mining, digital twin simulation, process monitoring, and compliance assurance — giving customers a unified, real-time view of how their business processes run across front, middle, and back office systems.
In this role, you will work closely with the Apromore Product Management team to help define and execute the product roadmap as Apromore is replatformed as a cloud-native solution on Hyperforce, deeply integrated with the Salesforce ecosystem. You will contribute to positioning Agentforce Process Intelligence as the foundation for agentic process automation — enabling AI agents to understand, optimize, and act on end-to-end business processes across every Salesforce Cloud. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, UX, and Go-to-Market teams, and engage with customers and stakeholders to help deliver a category-defining product.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-moving, high-impact area at the intersection of process intelligence and agentic AI.The ideal candidate brings solid experience in enterprise SaaS product management, familiarity with process intelligence or adjacent domains (BPM, workflow automation, analytics), and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with or knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem is a plus.
