Job title: Senior Manager, Procurement

Role summary:
An exciting opportunity to shape and develop procurement strategy in a fast growing organization.
Lead strategic procurement across three interdependent domains—manufactured hardware (appliances), software/cloud services, and systems integrators/ professional services.
Ensure cost-effective, secure, and timely supply of components, software licenses/cloud consumption, and integration services to support product development, manufacturing, deployment, and customer projects.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute a unified procurement strategy covering direct materials, contract manufacturing, commercial and software, cloud services, professional services, and systems integrators.
Lead end-to-end sourcing: market analysis, RFx, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and supplier transition for hardware, software, and integration partners.
Negotiate and manage complex agreements: supply agreements, licensing and enterprise SaaS/cloud agreements, professional services contracts, SLAs, SOWs, and managed services.
Align procurement with Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Professional Services, and Sales to support new contracts and renewals. Build strong internal relationships to drive common business goals.
Identify and implement improvements to procurement processes and develop category management to drive efficiency and improve customer experience within Everfox
Deliver cost savings across hardware, software, and services including licensing models, support renewals, hardware lifecycle costs, and managed services.
Develop KPI’s aligned to business objectives and drive improvement across the team.
Lead, mentor, and grow procurement team; set objectives, development plans, and cross-domain knowledge sharing.
Desired qualifications:
5+ years procurement/sourcing experience spanning direct materials/manufacturing, software/cloud licensing, and professional services/systems integrators; 3+ years leading teams.
Proven negotiation experience for supply agreements.
Knowledge of security and regulatory requirements relevant to vendors and partners such as:
SOC2 Type II, ISO27001, GDPR
NCSC Cyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials Plus (UK)
National Institute of Standards and Technology NIST CSF / NIST 800-53 (US)
ISO9001
US DOD CMMC (US Defense Contractors and Suppliers)
Strong financial acumen for COGS/TCO modelling, pricing analysis, and budgeting.
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CPSM, CIPS, APICS/CPIM) preferred.
Core skills and attributes:
Comfortable presenting complex proposals to executive leadership.
Cross-domain commercial and technical judgment spanning hardware, software, and services.
Data-driven, analytical approach, knowledge of ERP and procure to pay processes.
Project management and change leadership; ability to prioritize across conflicting timeframes.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$154,400.00-201,899.00 USDThe actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
