Job Description

Support senior leader and their organization by ensuring independent coordination of deliverables including coordination of staff agendas, budget management, business metrics and reporting, communications and presentations and other initiatives to drive the business agenda. Operate with minimal oversight, often representing the senior leader and communicating on their behalf.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing cyclical processes, which include department budget management; oversight of planning including employee engagement; employee survey, mid-year and year-end activities, including compensation administration.

  • Prepare presentations, communication and speeches for the direct leader, which generally involve presentations to employee, advisor, or management groups. May also be accountable for developing draft materials based on assimilating various pieces of data for meetings such as Business Line Reviews (BLRs).

  • Lead projects, including assigning work and timelines, to ensure initiatives are moving forward appropriately.

  • May be responsible for developing, coaching and guiding other support staff members.

  • Partner with HR to oversee and implement business specific people strategies, including leader/employee recognition and representation in Chairman's awards.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years)

  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience required

  • Ability to work independently with undefined processes, tight deadlines and frequently changing priorities.

  • Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across diverse units / staff functions.

  • Strong communication/influencing skills to interact with all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to analyze data/information and form conclusions.

  • Effective planning and coordination skills; proven ability to create timelines and execute accordingly.

  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience preferred

  • Ability to influence at various levels to drive work to completion

In-Office Collaboration

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $107,000 - $147,100 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
