About Mydoh
Mydoh is a money app for youth 6 - 17. Mydoh helps youth make informed decisions, and gain real-life money experience while giving parents transparency and oversight. Our digital platform enables youth to practice earning, saving and spending money, creating an opportunity for conversations between youth and parents on the principles of financial literacy. Since our launch in 2021, more than 300,000 Canadian parents and children have built better money habits with Mydoh. What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Partnerships to lead Mydoh’s partnership strategy and execution. This individual will play a critical role in driving Mydoh’s growth by identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships with organizations that align with our mission. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing impactful partnerships, a deep understanding of acquisition strategies, and the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
What Will You Do?
Strategic Partnership Development
Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnerships with school systems, student-focused organizations, and other youth-adjacent groups to drive Mydoh’s acquisition efforts
Build and nurture relationships with teen-relevant retail and quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands to create exclusive offers and incentives for teens
Develop and execute a partnership strategy that aligns with Mydoh’s growth objectives and brand values
Internal Collaboration within RBC
Leverage RBC’s internal channels, resources, and networks to amplify Mydoh’s acquisition efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within RBC to identify synergies and opportunities for integration
Community Engagement and Brand Building
Partner with community organizations to build Mydoh’s brand as a trusted partner in helping young people learn about money and build financial confidence
Partnership Management and Execution
Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Mydoh’s goals and values
Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring mutual success and long-term collaboration
Track and measure the impact of partnerships on acquisition and engagement metrics, providing regular updates to leadership
Execute partnership marketing efforts through partner and Mydoh channels
What Do You Need to Succeed?
Must-haves
7+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of seeking, securing and managing impactful partnerships
Experience working with school systems, community organizations, retail, or QSR brands is highly desirable
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on driving acquisition and engagement
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent Mydoh effectively to external partners and internal stakeholders
Analytical skills to measure partnership performance and make data-driven decisions
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
