A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Manager Partner Incentive Programs reporting to Executive Manager Partner Incentive Programs.
A bit about your role
As the Senior Manager Partner Incentive Programs, you will lead the development and delivery of retailer service provider incentive programs that support customer acquisition, retention and upsell, while enabling strategic priorities such as Fibre Connect, LEO and growth within the business segment. You will provide leadership across nbn’s base management incentive programs, designing connected and unconnected initiatives, targeted campaigns and winback programs that respond to competitive dynamics and evolving customer needs.
In this role, you will also support the evolution of nbn’s partner incentive platforms, including Megalist and Base Camp, bringing clarity, consistency and commercial rigour to how incentives are designed, governed and executed. Working collaboratively with peers and leaders across Sales, Products, Marketing and a broad range of enterprise teams, you will ensure rebate and incentive business cases are commercially sound, compliant, and aligned to regulatory, financial and billing requirements. Your work will directly influence customer outcomes and partner behaviour, translating insight into action and delivering meaningful impact for nbn and the customers it serves.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, you will bring deep experience delivering commercially robust customer acquisition and retention initiatives within complex, matrixed environments. You are confident working with data and commercial models, using insight and quantitative analysis to shape strategy, identify opportunity and guide investment decisions. With a collaborative and considered style, you are skilled at engaging senior leaders, building enterprise-wide alignment and bringing others along on the journey toward shared commercial outcomes.
You are a strategic and inclusive leader who thrives on partnering across disciplines, balancing commercial ambition with regulatory and operational realities. Your experience managing incentive or rebate schemes, ideally within product, pricing or channel-focused roles, is underpinned by strong financial acumen and a pragmatic approach to execution. Curious, purposeful and solutions-oriented, you are motivated by creating clarity in complexity and contributing to initiatives that support nbn’s broader mission to connect Australia.
