A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one Senior Manager, Partner Capability, reporting to the Executive Manager, RSP Enablement & Support.

A bit about your role

The Senior Manager, Partner Capability is responsible for ensuring Retail Service Providers have the tools, processes, and support needed to effectively connect, operate and assure nbn services. The role leads the development and delivery of the RSP capability and change roadmap, coordinates RSP pilots and trials, and drives continuous improvement of RSP processes and implementation practices. It oversees governance and changes controls to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities, while managing strong cross‑functional stakeholder engagement to represent strategic business needs.

The role also provides commercial, regulatory, financial, and risk‑modelling leadership to assess obligations, service levels, and operational changes, partnering with key internal teams to support executive decision‑making and operational performance outcomes.

A bit about you

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven capability in managing complex programs, business priorities, governance, and delivery across the telco and RSP landscape. They bring advanced problem‑solving, technical acumen, and expertise in full lifecycle project and program management, including planning, risk management, communications, and benefits realisation.

The role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement, interpersonal influence, and the ability to design and implement complex solutions while navigating operational and commercial challenges. The candidate should be highly motivated, customer‑centric, and skilled in driving new capability delivery, structured change, and process improvement, with the agility to rally stakeholders and achieve optimal business outcomes.
