Clarify health

Senior Manager, Operations

Remote- US Full Time

Clarify is an AI‑first healthcare technology company undergoing an exciting commercial transformation. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Operations who can jump in with curiosity, move quickly, and use AI tools as naturally as most people use email.

The Senior Manager, Operations is a high‑impact individual contributor role ideal for someone who wants variety, visibility, and the chance to help shape what AI‑enabled operations looks like at a company that’s genuinely building toward that future. You could be refreshing Pardot segmentation or tightening up a lead-scoring workflow, then jump into deploying a Claude skill for account planning, prepping Board materials, or digging into pricing scenarios for a new health system partnership.

You’ll report to our Head of Strategy and Operations and collaborate with commercial, marketing, finance, and executive teams. You’ll be the person who spots what needs to happen before anyone asks, follows through without reminders, and brings enough range to be useful wherever the organization needs a lift. If you enjoy making teams more effective and finding smarter ways to work, we’d love for you to keep reading.

Does this sound like you?

  • You are AI-native in your actual workflow — not aspirationally, but habitually. You use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools every day to compress timelines, build faster, and produce better output. You can describe specific things you’ve built or automated with AI in the last 30 days, and you’re always experimenting with what’s next

  • You are a doer, not a delegator — you get satisfaction from producing the thing, not from managing the process that produces the thing. You’ve written the SQL, built the dashboard, cleaned the data, drafted the email, and fixed the workflow yourself, and you don’t consider any of it beneath you

  • You pick up new tools and domains fast — you’ve taught yourself new skills, systems, or industries by diving in, and you’re more energized than intimidated by a two-week sprint on something you’ve never done before. SEO one week, CRM architecture the next, AI skill deployment the week after that — that sounds like a good job to you

  • You are relentlessly detail-oriented — you catch the error in the formula, notice the inconsistency in the pipeline data, and flag the misaligned metric before it reaches the executive audience. Your work product doesn’t require a cleanup pass

  • You serve well — you understand that your job is to make the people around you more effective, and you take that seriously without ego. Being a shared resource across functions is a feature of this role, not a constraint

  • You build things that last — when you solve a problem, you document the process, build the template, or create the workflow so the next person doesn’t have to solve it again. You leave infrastructure behind, not just outputs

  • You operate at startup speed — you ship the 80% solution today and iterate tomorrow. You don’t wait for perfect information or a clean brief before starting. You ask one clarifying question and get moving
