We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead second line operational risk oversight across technology, cyber, operational resilience and business continuity.
Reporting to the Head of Operational Risk, the role provides enterprise‑wide insight and challenge, leads a multi‑disciplinary team, and partners closely with the business to strengthen risk maturity, governance and organisational resilience at an executive level.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead second line oversight of technology, cyber, operational resilience and business continuity risks
Provide enterprise‑wide insight through scenario analysis, stress testing, and resilience monitoring
Oversee third‑party and non‑supplier risk management
Deliver second line monitoring across financial reporting, tax and change risk
Drive continuous improvement in risk effectiveness and maturity
Act as a conduit between Risk and the business, providing credible challenge and pragmatic advice
Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of operational risk professionals

8+ years’ experience across first and second line operational risk
Strong background in technology, cyber or resilience risk within a complex environment
Proven people leadership experience, including developing and coaching senior professionals
Ability to influence and challenge constructively at senior levels
Pragmatic, commercially minded approach to risk management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Finance, Business or a related discipline
