We are seeking a Senior Manager, On-Premise Customers, AR&UR, you will be a critical leader in our Customer & Commercial team (CCL), responsible for driving the growth in QSRs, Cinemas & Catering customers among others. You must leverage people in our networked organization and influence key stakeholders to deliver results.
Your primary objective will be to drive sustainable, profitable growth for the Company and System whilst driving our strategic corporate objectives. You will be responsible to build best-in-class Commercial Plans across all On Premise KKAA sub-channels for Argentina & Uruguay.
What You'll Do for Us:
Designing, and implementing business development strategy and sales programs for the organization's products and services and for better execution at point of sale.
Leading the development of key account strategies and customer marketing plans and identifying areas of improvement/business model change for long term sustainability.
Directs the development of commercial leadership strategy with focus on enhancing value for customers and ensuring that customers have the right product and package offerings and the right promotional tools.
Maintaining and constantly improving the organization's competitive position. Developing and executing supply chain strategies and capabilities.
Establishing and managing cross-functional, teams to design and implement end-to-end supply chain capabilities and strategies based on business plans and objectives, new product introduction or business opportunities.
Evaluating the findings of market research or analysis projects
Responsible for development and implementation of customer relationship management expansion strategy
Identifying the people and technology capabilities required to deliver desired customer experiences in market;
Contributing to the development of short-term operational plans and strategies for capabilities development
Ensures alignment of business priorities and sales/customer accounts/commercial leadership.}
Building strategic framework and processes to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience preferred in KKAA Managemente, Operations, Commercial Strategy and Trade Marketing.
Proven abilities of Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Initiative, Teamwork, Work under Pressure, Adaptability, and Influence.
Deep knowledge of FMCGs commercial area, Modern Trade, bottler economics, system levers, processes, and tools.
Proven experience Commercial planning and execution, with strong skills in Channel Strategy, Value or Route to market, Innovation and Portfolio strategy.
Mastery of Negotiation,Commercial Planning & Execution, Channel & Shopper Marketing, and Advanced Analytics. (Nice to have: Segmentation & Obppc experience).
