• “Main role” to lead, manage and train team members to consult and advise market’s Tenants’ (or “Occupiers”) Office Renewal or Relocate projects;

• Proactively approach Tenants to seek correct contact points;

• Arrange for discussion meetings with Target Tenants;

• Constantly update MarketLink system with lease information regarding to the Tenants’ office leases

• Meet weekly Tenant approaching targets set by LM (subject to change in accordance to the LM’s instructions without notice);

• Achieve Quarterly and Annual Revenue Billing targets as set by LM;

• Participate in all kinds of marketing activities related to the JLL Vietnam (“company”);

• Participate in all necessary out-of-business hour calls, both internally within the company and with JLL’s clients to represent the company;

• To work and deliver by deadlines on all other tasks as designated by LM;

• To constantly pursue market opportunities for any Landlord Representation (LR) appointments and assume Project Lead role as designated by LM (if switched to LR project role, then “Main role” responsibilities above shall be subject to change as designated by LM);

High-level requirements:

• Strong understanding of the office market

• Proof of transaction and client track record

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work out of “normal business hours”

• Proven leadership experience

On-site –Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
