We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy to serve as a strategic connector and operational driver across the SEA U.S. Marketing organization. This role will partner closely with the VP of Marketing and senior marketing leaders to help define priorities, streamline planning and execution, and ensure alignment across functions within the Marketing organization. This role is designed to operate horizontally and bring together cross-functional initiatives, optimize processes, and enable the marketing leadership team to executive effectively.

Position Objective

  • Support development of annual marketing strategy and business reviews.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across marketing functions to ensure plans align with overall divisional and company objectives.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives.
  • Lead coordination of marketing operating rhythms, including leadership meeting, business reviews, and planning sessions.
  • Identify and drive process improvements that enhance collaboration, decision making, and visibility across teams.
  • Partner with analytics, finance, and channel teams to track and communicate performance across marketing goals.
  • Synthesize insights and prepare materials for executive updates, budget discussions and strategic reviews.
  • Support key GTM and cross-channel initiatives requiring tight coordination across functions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the VP of Marketing, providing support and guidance on key decisions and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare communications, presentations, and briefings for internal and executive audiences.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, ensuring tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience in marketing strategy or operations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate big-picture goals into concrete plans and actions.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable working across functions and levels.
  • Experience working in or alongside multiple marketing disciplines.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, business strategy or Chief of Staff-type roles.
  • Background in technology, consumer electronics or global brand environments.
  • Proven experience leading
  • Strategic thinking with operational excellence and organizational management.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated success in a technology or consumer electronics environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environments.
  • Experience influencing outcomes, driving change, and delivering results in complex environments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
