The Boeing CompanyBoeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Amenities – West to lead Food Services, Shuttles & Parking in the West Region. This position can be located at any of the following sites: El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ or Renton, WA.
The Senior Manager operates at the strategic intersection of facility operations, hospitality and employee experience, with a strong emphasis on financial stewardship and leadership. This role is responsible for leading a team dedicated to delivering high-quality services and programs across the West Region, including enterprise food services, employee parking, and shuttle programs.
The selected candidate will be accountable for fostering a positive and engaging workplace by effectively managing GREF amenities, cultivating vendor partnerships, and promoting team development, all while ensuring cost efficiency and service excellence
Position Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, performance management and professional growth opportunities
Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence and teamwork
Oversee West Region food services including cafés, catering for business meetings, leadership sessions and operational events
Manage employee parking programs, including parking passes
Manage onsite shuttle services for employee parking
Partner with Indirect Supplier Chain (ISC), manage vendor contracts to ensure best-in-class service delivery, cost efficiency and compliance with safety and workplace regulations
Establish and monitor quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines and standards for amenities services
Continuously evaluate and improve business procedures, employee experience and customer satisfaction through innovation, technology and quality improvements
Collaborate on strategic planning and campus renovations related to cafes, shuttles and parking
Manage annual operating and capital budgets, monitor expenses, forecast needs and provide regular financial reporting
Gather and analyze employee feedback to enhance the quality of events and programs
Lead sustainability initiatives and stay current with trends in the food service and amenities industry
Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders to align amenities services with organizational goals
Ensure compliance with export control and other regulatory requirements
30% domestic travel required
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience leading a Facilities Maintenance Team
5+ years of experience teaching, coaching, and developing others
5+ years of experience establishing relationships and maintaining strong on-going communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendors
Experience developing and managing budgets
30% domestic travel
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience leading process improvement and quality initiatives within amenities such as food services, parking and shuttles
Experience with food service design, operations and point-of-sale technology
Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
