Progyny is seeking a Senior Manager, Member Growth Marketing to support member activation and engagement across our employer and partner populations.
You’ll join a small, collaborative team reporting to the Senior Director of Member Marketing, working closely with two Marketing Managers. In this role, you’ll own a book of high-priority national client accounts, partnering closely with Client Success to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
This role blends hands-on campaign execution with opportunities to contribute to strategy, optimization, and scalable marketing practices.
What you'll do...
Own marketing execution and performance for a defined book of high-priority national client accounts
Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for your assigned client portfolio
Partner with Client Success to develop and implement marketing plans aligned to client goals
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing customization with scalable approaches
Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, print, and client-specific initiatives)
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, data) to bring campaigns to life
Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
Contribute to the development of processes and best practices for member outreach and enrollment
About you...
6–8 years of marketing experience; must include at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a client-facing B2B2C role (e.g., employer, health plan, or partner-driven marketing)
Experience owning or supporting marketing for a portfolio of clients or accounts, serving as a primary point of contact or partner
Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes (e.g., enrollment)
Strong campaign execution skills across multiple channels (email, digital, print, etc.)
Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and make recommendations
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MPH a plus
Experience in healthcare, digital health, or employee benefits preferred

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $105,000 - $120,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
