• Quality Assurance: Perform reliability testing and lifecycle analysis on mechanical components to ensure compliance with engineering standards and equipment performance goals.
• Component Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mechanical subsystems (e.g., fluidics, pumps, and chassis) in conjunction with partner Core Engineering functions to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
• Documentation Ownership: Create and maintain technical documentation, including CAD files, specification sheets, interface requirements, and system diagrams, ensuring platform teams have ready access to critical information.

Support Fleet and Platform Stability (20%)
• Lifecycle Management:
Collaborate with platform-as-product leads to assess component obsolescence risks and provide support for novel solutions to sustain long-term fleet performance.
• Engineering Standards: Contribute to the development and consistent application of Coca-Cola’s mechanical engineering standards to enable seamless cross-platform integration.
• Validation: Conduct functional tests and simulation studies for new launches, ensuring each innovation meets reliability and performance benchmarks before scale-up.

Sustain Technology Adoptions (20%)
• Manufacturing Integration: Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure smooth production rollouts for new mechanical components and system updates.
• Data-Driven Improvements: Leverage data and insights to evaluate fleet performance, track reliability issues, and recommend new improvements to reduce service costs and downtime.
• Training & Handoff: Work with platform and boundary teams to transfer technical knowledge, ensuring efficient adoption of mechanical system updates.

Key Deliverables
• Component Validation Reports: Comprehensive testing data documenting performance, reliability, and readiness of core mechanical components for launch.
• Enhanced Documentation Library: Update and maintain the mechanical engineering repository to include the latest CAD drawings, validated designs, and requirements.
• Performance Metrics Reports: Provide regular updates on defect rates, fleet reliability, and energy efficiency improvements for critical stakeholders.
