Purpose

In the spirit of improving end-to-end CX and driving adoption of digital tools, the purpose of this role is to bridge the gap between marketing execution, customer experience, and technology infrastructure across Reece USA. This role will serve as the primary marketing liaison to the IT team to help deliver scalable, connected systems while supporting day-to-day digital marketing operations across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 1 direct report (Customer Service Specialist) supporting eCommerce and branch-related customer inquiries and NPS program execution
  • Execute and support email marketing campaigns across all divisions (lapsed customers, events, campaigns)
  • Manage and fulfill GMB updates, audits, and optimization for branch listings
  • Own website content updates via CMS (Builder/Contentful)
  • Support SEO and local search optimization across all divisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute lead generation strategies
  • Maintain and manage digital content calendar and marketing workflows
  • Support maX adoption initiatives through digital content and communications
  • Partner with IT to build and maintain a connected marketing ecosystem, including website infrastructure, customer data flows, CRM integration, and platform interoperability
  • Own and manage Reece’s marketing technology stack, including CMS (Contentful / Dato), CRM (Salesforce → Dynamics), email platforms, Tealium (CDP), and Power BI
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve system integration, reduce manual processes, and increase operational efficiency
  • Establish best practices for campaign execution, customer segmentation, and platform utilization
  • Ensure marketing platforms are properly configured, fully utilized, and aligned with business goals
  • Partner with 3rd party analytics teams to connect website behavior, campaign performance, and sales data into actionable insights
  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards in Power BI to track and analyze email performance, website activity, campaign results, and  revenue impact
  • Support development of sales enablement tools, campaign assets, and customer journey improvements
  • Align digital efforts with in-branch experience and broader service design initiatives
  • Provide direction and oversight to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and effective capture of customer feedback
  • Translate customer insights into actionable improvements across marketing, digital experience, and service design

  • Experience with Martech tools such as Builder.io / Contentful CMS, Salesforce / Dynamics CRM, Marketing Cloud or equivalent email platforms, Tealium, Power BI, Google Analytics, Highspot, and Monday.com

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing technology roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience working in the building products sector
  • Experience partnering with IT or engineering teams on system integrations and platform development
