The Senior Manager: Marketing Projects for Youth & Women leads the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen the organisation’s brand presence among youth and women segments. Key Accountabilities:
Brand Strategy & Governance
Develop and implement targeted brand strategies for youth and women segments, ensuring alignment with organisational CVPs.
Embed brand governance principles across all campaigns to maintain consistency and integrity.
Digital Marketing Execution
Design and deliver integrated digital campaigns across social media, influencer networks, and emerging platforms.
Apply AI-driven tools and analytics to personalise engagement and optimise campaign performance.
Consumer Insights & Market Research
Conduct research and trend analysis to understand evolving behaviours and preferences of youth and women audiences.
Translate insights into actionable strategies that inform creative development and media planning.
Campaign Management
Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to produce culturally relevant and impactful content.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build strong partnerships with internal business units, external agencies, and media partners.
Facilitate cross-functional forums to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
Budget & Performance Management
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilisation and ROI.
Track campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Diploma, or B Tech [NQF 7]

Work Experience:
5 - 12 years experience in a specific capability of importance to the bank, including a track record of 3 years in a people management position.
Exposure to process design, optimisation, quality management, customer centricity, technology and data-driven decision-making is preferred.
Proven success in delivering integrated, digitally enabled campaigns.
Experience in multicultural marketing and inclusive communication strategies.
Strong background in budget management and agency collaboration.
