Principle Responsibilities
Unique Knowledge & Skills
Marketing
Ability to read, assess, comprehend & apply the trends, behaviours of market viz. products & customers. Translate these understanding in developing & implementing marketing interventions for brand/portfolio in alignment with the overall strategy of the portfolio focusing at desired business outcomes.
Customer Orientation
An urge to constantly reach & exceed customer expectations. The individual understands comprehensively the customer’s business objectives and also their underlying needs. Should be able to strengthen BDs position as trusted advisor to the customer in most of their important business decisions. Should be able to demonstrate patience and perseverance while dealing with internal as well as external customer stakeholders.
Analytical Expertise
Should possess the ability to grasp, identify and logically analyze direct as well as surrogate data markers and apply the insights keeping in mind short term as well as strategic goals of business. It includes the urge to update his/her business awareness by a constant drive to seek and collate information / data and critically analyze it to arrive at productive fact based estimations.
Self-Starter / Planner/ Organizer
A self-starter who have a desire to take initiatives, meticulously plan up to the last mile & organize work priorities with focus on business & customer deliverables. In built desire to gain & enhance product knowledge and be prepared to respond to any query on the same. Design and organize programs / seminars / workshops / roadshows based on latest trends, customer demands, and therapy and product evolution resulting into addressing customer needs and/or helping generate new business leads.
Inter-personal & Communication Skills
Execllent in written & verbal communication skills. Able to strike easy connect with key stakeholders across business domains & with cross functional teams vz. SCM, Finance, RA, Business Development, Marketing both internally as well as within customer organization.
