The Senior Manager, M&A Finance is a senior individual contributor and integration leader within Aprio’s Internal Finance organization, responsible for end-to-end finance support of mergers and acquisitions. This role leads finance-related activities throughout the full M&A lifecycle—from due diligence through post-close integration and ongoing performance tracking—supporting Aprio’s inorganic growth strategy.
The Senior Manager serves as the primary finance liaison for acquired firms and a strategic partner to internal stakeholders across Accounting, Financial Reporting, FP&A, Corporate Development and the M&A integration team. This position requires strong operational finance expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to independently lead multiple, concurrent integrations and workstreams in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment.
