Job Title: Senior Manager - Luxury Customer Marketing - South & Central

About the role:

Accountable for shaping performance of the luxury portfolio in the South & Central region by developing detailed channel wise plans and executing them by ensuring best ROI to deliver the NSV and MS targets

·       Creation of the brand wise plans calendar

·       Work with the multiple stakeholders in the region towards the fulfilment of these plans

·       Work with the agencies on the most cost effective way to execute the plans into the market

·       Monitor the TTL budgets and ensure compliance as per TTL policy

·       Ensure regular M&E to make alterations to the plans wherever required 

·       Market Visits

·       Stakeholder Relationship Management

·       Feedback for MBP, brand teams, brand specific growth drivers

Key Internal Stakeholders influencing the Role – Brand marketing, Shopper, Finance BP, Supply chain, Sales teams

External Stakeholders – All Agency Partners. Channel partners

  • The role is key to providing inputs via M&E to modify/define/redefine the growth drivers
  • Channel wise modifications required for the growth drivers and plans
  • Region specific inputs required to accelerate and achieve the targets

Qualifications

Master In Business Administration from a Premier Business School with a specialisation in marketing

Experience

MBA with specialization in Marketing (tier I institute ) / Significant work Ex in Marketing and Sales

Experience: Minimum 8 -9 years’ experience in Marketing with at least 3 years’ experience of working with a luxury brand /lifestyle brand/ alcobev category
